- This massage is both thorough and invigorating, incorporating limb movement and extensive stretching. The time spent is tailored to your individual needs—it could cover everything from the sacrum to the cranium! If your overall condition is good we might have  time to your legs and face.  Alternatively, we can mainly focus on your legs to provide the relief if you're a runner, cyclist or maybe a Gym goer.  

60 minutes - £60 (£55 at The Grange in Great Malvern)
- Experience the perfect blend of a full-body deep tissue and Swedish firm flow massage, enhanced with limb stretches and strategic positioning. I'll work to release tension from under your shoulder blades and target those tight hamstrings. The result? You'll feel deeply stretched, thoroughly revitalized, and wonderfully relaxed!

25 Minutes - £30 (£25 at The Grange in Great Malvern)
Stave away the migraine with this Head, neck, shoulder/blades, upper arms upper chest massage; this is a great for a busy person!
