Not mechanical, each massage depends on you - my intuitive sense will ensure your treatment is tailored to you and your needs on the day. 
 
45 minutes - £50
A good time allocation might be from the tail to tip! So sacrum to the cranium and if you're not in too bad shape then we will have time for arms and face too.  Or maybe you're a cyclist and its your legs that need the most time. This is a really thorough and intense massage which includes limb movement and plenty of stretching. 

60 minutes - £60
- A full body deep tissue & Swedish firm flow massage combined with limb stretches and positioning. I'll try to get under your shoulder blades and into your  ham strings!  Leaves you feeling pummeled, stretched, revived and just generally wonderful!
