Your Back

Back pain is so common these days.  Our posture is affected by daily continuous activities such as driving, sitting, computers, scrolling etc leading to strain in the upper lower or middle back.  For chronic general back tightness I highly recommend starting Yoga and you can do that with me also - zafyoga.com   If its a good Massage you crave I can recommend the 45 minute Tail to Tip. I get in under your shoulder blades, I use my elbows and weight if you can take it, up the mid back and over the shoulder top. I lift and bend your leg out so I can tackle your glutes and your hips.   All this topped with a wonderfully relaxing head and face massage! 

Your Hips 

Our hips take it all!  Our wobbly knees, our dodgy ankle our bad back; all is compensated for in the hips.  This can often feel like lower back pain with the culprit being in the hams, glutes or calves.  In the 45 minute massage i'll take into account your legs and glutes to boot! 

Depending on your mobility I can lift and move your legs to really get to work on thighs, pelvic area, waste and glutes. 
 

Your Shoulders

OUCHIE those SHOULDERS.  We can soldier on through the other pains but when the shoulder lets you know it affects the neck and the neck gives you headaches.  Miserable.  There's no more putting it off.  For Evens sake - you need a massage!

Mobility allowing I support your arm in a fold and take great pleasure in getting under those shoulder blades. This is a major element in any of the treatments I give.

Your Legs

Cycling? Running? Weight lifting?  I'm an expert in legs (and backs and shoulders) I teach yoga and I know my legs take a beating but its a massage beating I love most.   I'll stretch them, lift them, waggle them and bend them but most of all I'll deep tissue massage them.
